Todd, and his assistant Susan, helped us recently to sell two properties on Hutchinson Island. They found buyers for both properties in under 30 and 45 days, respectively. Todd's status as a Showcase Realtor with Zillow got us so many more views, and showings, than similar properties that had been listed for many months already. Todd and Susan were wonderful in helping me negotiate the difficult waters of selling one’s home ..as well I live out of state and it was my mother‘s home, which made it more complicated. Tasks I could not take care of were handled with ease by Todd and Susan. The whole process felt seamless!

Todd was good to work with. He ran a nice open house, handled issues as they came up and helped make the transaction process smooth. He's knowlegable about the local real estate and I liked how his computer system was good for evaluating the market situation.
